FBI agents fight for anonymity

The Center for Employment Justice, led by founder Pamela Keith, has filed a lawsuit on behalf of FBI employees against President Donald Trump’s Justice Department. The legal action aims to prevent the public disclosure of the identities of special agents involved in the investigation of the U.S. Capitol attack on January 6, 2021. The Law Office of Mark S. Zaid and State Democracy Defenders Fund are also representing the FBI Agents Association in a separate lawsuit to stop mass terminations and the naming of agents linked to the investigations. Keith said: “We are seeking immediate relief because the damage done by disclosure of information about FBI agents cannot be undone.”
