Benjamin Snyder, a former assistant to the solicitor general at the Department of Justice, is set to co-lead the appellate practice at Paul Hastings in Washington, D.C., starting in December. Snyder aims to enhance the firm’s representation of private sector clients in appellate and Supreme Court matters. He expressed enthusiasm about the current changes in the courts, stating: “This is an exciting time to go into private practice and represent clients.” Paul Hastings chair Frank Lopez noted that Snyder’s expertise will bolster the firm’s ability to serve clients effectively across all litigation levels, reinforcing their strategy to attract elite litigation talent.
